At PRIDE, we want to make that information available and hopefully make things easier for you. All of this information pertains to your service delivery.

How to Get the Most out of your Services

Request a "Person Centered Approach" to your Service Delivery. You should be the one driving the Service. Tell others what goals you want to work on. Inform others what recovery or improvement means to you. Tell others what you want your life to be like and work together to get there.

Know that it is OK to speak up for yourself or for the Consumer. You are the expert on You!

We want to help you achieve your maximum potential in your daily life, work and interactions with others. Be confident, ask questions and speak up about your wishes and goals.

Recovery and change are a process. It is not an overnight or quick change. Know that we will be here to support you and work with you along this journey of change.

Get to know and use your natural supports. These are your family members, community resources, Religious or Faith Based services and other non-paid supports.
